Walnut (Juglans) Broadview

Broadview is currently the best form of Walnut for the UK. Precocius from an early age, during it's third year of growth, producing medium sized fruits. They can be harvested green and pickled or left until fully ripe in the autumn to be dried out and stored. Slightly resistant to frost due to it's early flowering time. The tree itself is a very small, compact and fruits earlier compared with other varieties, this is why it's such a popular variety.
